Beautiful hotel. Really quiet and relaxing. Lovely attentive staff. The food options on all inclusive were amazing and the drinks were definitely alcoholic. A great pool location to spend all day around and closer proximity to the sea made our stay even better. We did pay quite a lot for all inclusive but it was well worth it.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Very good service, friendly staff. Very clean with all the facilities that you might need in a hotel where you go to relax. Spa was good, really enjoyed the sauna, hamam and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Really recommend to get the voucher for a massage. Gym looked also good even though I didn't personally use it. Only downside I found the outdoor pool to be a bit small and the beach in front of the hotel is not easily accessible. Once you get in though water is amazing! Overall I consider this hotel to be a success and I would definitely recommend!
We stayed two nights at this Hotel.
We paid for a full Sea view but had to settle for a side sea view.
That was despite the Receptionist insisting it was a full Sea View. The view was mostly land and coastal view.
The Food was OK but not brilliant, typical breakfast which you would expect but the Bacon was dripping in fat, not healthy at all. We paid for lunch and dinner which wasn't good value for money, buffet style. The drinks at the bar were also over priced. The Hotel itself was nice and clean and quiet modern, dissapointed with the lack of entertainment in the Evening. One night nothing the next a Pianist /Singer who took to many breaks and didn't spend much time entertaining. So overall I won't be returning to this Hotel, there has to be better options elseware.
The hotel is great, all the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very good and have variety. The SPA is great, and we highly recommend Mariana there, a real professionalist always with a smile and care! My wife had procedures with her almost every day and is very satisfied with the results. The area around the hotel is very calm and quiet. There is a supermarket just in 2 minutes from the hotel.
The close beach is at 700m distance, about 10min walking. But just in front of the hotel you can also go for the swim, just no sand there.
There is another beach in Protaras, that is more far away, but there is a shuttle close to there from the hotel 3 times a day. In this area is full of restaurants, bars and shops. We usually walked to there (about 40min).
This is a brand new hotel so everything was new. Rooms are big and modern. Good service. Only problem we had was with the aircon, it would switch off in the middle of the night and had to be manually turned on. Wasn't a huge problem for us as we only stayed for a night. I hope they fix the problem. Overall enjoyable stay.
