Hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location.
All staff very friendly and helpful and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The head receptionist Vasiliki exceeded our expectation and could not help us enough when she transfered us from a sister hotel that closed due to Covid-19. She catered for all our needs and customer service skills excelled throughout our stay. Fantastic pool bar with very friendly service and lots of sunbeds surround the pool.Lovely breakfast with great choices and great service. I would definitely book again and recommend this superb hotel which is very good value for money.
This is the best most relaxing hotel in the world. It provides: Quiet rooms, big pool, tasty food, and many more. It is 2 minutes away from protaras plaza and 5 minutes away from peotaras beach. It is recomended for family trips as some rooms have over 4 beds.
A fantastic hotel - not sure where to start. Location, food, room, pool? The food at breakfast and dinner is of excellent quality and varied. You could have something different every meal and still not try everything. The rooms are very spacious (designed for self catering) and kept very clean. The pool is fabulous, suitable for all ages, for swimming or simply just being there. The poolside bar is a welcome place on a hot day. Plenty of sun beds available. The hotel discourages reserving them with towels. The hotel is ideally situated, close enough to the 'strip' but far enough not to be disturbed by noisy evenings . Finally, all - and I mean all - staff are happy end engaging. Highly recommended
Clean and spacious rooms, good food and very friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us, but the kids club kept our son entertained. Location is OK, about a 5min walk to the bars and restaurants on the strip and the beach is a couple of minutes further on. Would definately come back again!
the staff are friendly the best pool barman is Adam. Always smiling and very helpful... my sister is gluten and they couldn’t catered for her needs. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Pool is great never had a problem getting sun beds. We’re all inclusive so have an issue ordering more then two drinks at one time which is horrible with a family of seven cause you have to keep waiting in line every time. We is rather annoying. And everything you have you have to keep singing your name and room number which I find ridiculous and annoying. But apart from that the hotel is really nice and clean and I would defo return. One more thing it Could do with some music around the pool. But 100% recommend I’m here for another week and it’s well worth visiting. And there is a lidl right next to the hotel which comes very handy . But they do need to get more clues up on people who are gluten free as my sister really struggled eating all week!!! Which did put a downer on the hoilday. There was also a little boy there the same time who was gluten and lactose which he struggled too !!! Staff need more training about this topic
