Very friendly staff! Super comfortable for a reasonable price. Good allround breakfast. I can easily recommend this and the location is fantastic. Only very slight negative was the right light on our balcony that we never figured out if it was possible to turn off, but could easily be covered with blankets.
Stunning apartment, everything was there on arrival (tea,coffee,milk,bread, butter).
Excellent directions to the apartment and on meeting Paul and Sevgi they were the friendliest most helpful couple.
A great house for a family holiday. The decor leaves nothing to be desired. Only more kitchenware could be present if you not only sipping cocktails but also want to cook yourself. Nearby there are great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We will come back in any case.
Great hotel. Lovely staff, great food. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Pool is nice and you can walk straight to the sea. The main road of Protaras is just a 15 min walk, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel will help you in any way they can and everything is well arranged and clean.
Beautiful hotel. Really quiet and relaxing. Lovely attentive staff. The food options on all inclusive were amazing and the drinks were definitely alcoholic. A great pool location to spend all day around and closer proximity to the sea made our stay even better. We did pay quite a lot for all inclusive but it was well worth it.
Small well proportioned hotel. Perfect for couples of all ages. Not much entertainment but it's not so bad if you can make your own. The staff really can't do enough for you. Love it here.
Out of this world, such a beautiful hotel, I went for 2 weeks but the lock down put a stop on it and I had to come home after 1 week. The hotel staff were amazing the food was beautiful the hotel was spectacular. If you get the chance stay at this hotel
The rooms are very big and get cleaned every day. A family of 4 could easily live there for a week or two. It is 5 minutes from the sea. And all the rooms have a view of the sea. It also has a pool of the residents of the hotel which you can use for free if you live there. Lastly the rooms are renovated. I will definatly be coming here next summer
Incredibly stunning villa: 6 large bedrooms, 3 indoor kitchens, 1 outdoor kitchen, 10 toilets, 7 showers, multiple sitting / dining areas, 17 meters long heatable pool, pool table, ping pong table, table football game and stunning landscapes. We were able to enjoy the lovely Mediterranean climate privately in a luxurious environment with only few minutes drive from the nearest village and 10-15 minutes drive from Agia Napa and Cape Greco attractions.
The landlord was extremely nice and gave us tips and guidance to maximize the success of our vacation. He also recommended us a local taxi company, which served us excellently and a local Masterchef who cooked us a tasty Cypriot dinner.
I recommend the villa from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again.
Fantastic hotel in a superb location.
2 minute walk down to a clear sea sandy beach with restaurants. 2 minute walk the other way to the main square with bars, food and supermarket.
Pool has a great bar and lots of deck chairs. Breakfast is fantastic and rooms are very spacious + modern.
The staff are so helpful and friendly. The manager is always present and offering his assistance. Really lovely experience and will go again. We stayed in room 418, sea views and big balcony. Loved it.
Great WiFi and car parking if rent a car.
We booked via BA Holidays and wow what a deal!! It was beyond our expectations and we travel to some nice hotels in the world.
Highlights:
- Beach: Fantastic with crystal clear waters
- Staff: Everyone working there is absolutely amazing. So nice, attentive, quick, helpful
- Food: Full Board so had choice of 6 restaurants. All great value if half/full board as can have 3 courses from the menu. Lunch was great as well by the pool - again 3 courses.
- Room: Very good

Booked this last minute in October. We got room upgrade which was great. The staff are extremely hospitable and nice. Very informative and kind.
The hotel itself it more about the outside area than inside. Very photo-worthy almost all around the hotel. It has 3 infinity pools, pool-side bar, gym with views and lots of places to lounge and bask in the sun. The bar and food was also very reasonably priced (€4 for a cocktail and €3-4 for a beer).
The breakfast included was good. We got a couples massage which was reasonably priced and very good.
The room was fairly basic but was clean and had everything we needed.
Parking on site was also a plus.
All-in-all you get great value for money. The room isn’t 5 stars but the outside area and facilities make this a great find!!
PS bring snorkel and mask as Green Bay is about 100 metres from the hotel! We saw 5 sea turtles on one snorkel (dive operators in the area take people to Green Bay on dives but it’s shallow and can be done by snorkel).
My husband and i stayed at Cavo Maris Beach Hotel for 3 nights and we made the most of our stay. The beach was at a convenient distance, only a 2min walk with a fabulous bar and grill on the the beach. During breakfast they had a variety of dishes and the waiters would put food in your plate for you (due to covid19 to help prevent the spread). The restaurants at the hotel were simply perfect, great food and wonderful service from all the staff. And to top it off the music entertainment they had in the evenings was very enjoyable with wonderful service from the bar. We would definitely go back.
I went there at 23:30 desperate as the hotel i had it was awful, they have welcomed me very warmly and helped me out with everything, the following morning i moved at Vrisisana and what a relief ! Spacious clean room, amazing staff and finally some calm and relaxation time with my wife ! All we needed as the 10 previous days we were in a different hotel of a different chain which was supposed to be a 4* hotel and it was awful !
In terms of LOCATION Vrissiana is very well situated as well surrounded by the beach and restaurants in the city center of Protaras, really nice to go for a walk :).
Amazing Sea Bar View as well !
The swimming pool was really nice and calm as well, friendly staff, and families there. Felt like home.
