Comfortable rooms for the given price
Relatively really close to the old town
The downside is that there are no elevators and no airconditioning
Booked in advance of Covid. In advance of our stay we requested a refund as no flights were going to Prague and they agreed and said we would get a refund between 30 and 90 days after the date of our original date. That came and went and no refund and no response from them to emails. I have friends in Prague who would have used our booking if they had no agreed the refund. Booking. Com paid me back in the end as it was recorded through them they would refund. If they were not going to refund me they should have been honest about it and was glad I had not booked direct as would have been £220 down the drain.
Simply wonderful. Great location, clean and new rooms - super cozy bed.
Not designed for buggies. Should have checked before I booked. Room was not as big as I expected, photos over sell. However it was a comfy bed, decent bathroom but we didn't have a lot of room considering it was double superior. We came to visit the city, the hotel is central and definitely would go back. Just plan it a bit better! Staff friendly, quiet at night. I would recommend this place for price and location.
Maybe we were unlucky because we got a room with a big tv but there was no satellite channels so you have to bring your own code for Netflix or just enjoy magic world of YouTube.
Rooms are really nice and I cannot blame on hotel for visitors without basic culture ( be quite you are not at your house you are in hotel- be human not animal without lush)........
