Alfons Boutique Hotel is great hotel. The owners are amazing people and what I can say is that Martina made everything she could to help in any question even if that was not related with the hotel. If you want to go to a good hotel in Prague and feel like being at some good friends place this is the one for sure
Wonderful stay, somehow they managed to personalize the experience by remaining available by SMS... the food was wonderful and the hotel itself is much better than the places I have previously stayed in Prague for a similar price. It gets my full recommendation without a doubt!
For a moderate price (£90 a night) we expected breakfast to be included, or the tea and coffee in the room to be included, or really any other amenities. YouTube & netflix on TV as well as good aircon & Windows and nice outdoor seating get this a 3 star rather than a 2- €10 a person for the breakfast may be worth it, we didn't bother as Prague has many other lovely fresh breakfast places for much less.
Beautiful stay, which I recommend to everyone. Cozy rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast. If you come to Prague, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel!!!!
It's a shame as have stayed here before and it's been perfect. But the way we were treated during the pandemic, no offer of change of date or any help. Will not stay again or recommend.
