Apartment room dated but was big, rate are very reasonable, was there on my birthday, and was given a bottle of white wine. Front desk was very helpful .
2 Night stay impressions:
Pro: Central, Breakfast was improved, Room Ok.
Contra: No windows or AC, noisy.
Summary: For emergency booking is ok, for Hotel standard will look somewhere else.
Lots of noise and no hot water for the morning showers. Staff trying hard, but this hotel seems to be poorly managed. Don't expect to get much advice on where to go and what to see.
Unprofessional. Emailed them regarding celebrating a friend's birthday, they promise cakes and flowers etc. On the day of, I go to the reception to confirm, only to be told that they were aware of the emails, but had done absolutely nothing about them.Fridge contained old shrimp salad of some kind. Receptionist handling check-in was nice, the rest treated me with cold disinterest.
Update: after speaking more with the receptionist, the friend was eventually given a present and some flowers.
Great location and place itself is highly individual... nicely decorated room. Personnel is very friendly. Rich breakfast with domestic Bohemian products
