I recently spent a night at H7 Palace Hotel and can highly recommend it.
Susan on reception was extremely friendly, helpful & efficient (nice hassle free check in) & the location is extremely central & convenient down a side street right in the heart of Prague.
The room & building was immaculate & very clean & comfortable with good light & high ceilings. A great stay at a fair price. Highly recommended. Thank you
- Great location, close to metro station, walking distance from center & other places. Also walking distance from train station, which came in handy because we took the express bus from the airport to the station.
- There was a fridge with a large bottle of water (& 2 glasses) + a bag with snacks, which was a nice & friendly touch! You can also get free coffee and tea anytime at the reception.
- We arrived around 2pm and while check-in wasn't until 3pm, they still gave us the key to our room.
- The Classic Double Room was small, but enough closet space & coat hangers for your clothes.
- Simple but nice courtyard with seats to relax.
- The automatic door at the entrance was a nice touch as well, specially if you are carrying luggage.
- Loved the hair dryer as well, because it was not attached to the wall like a lot of hotel hair dryers are (and very spacious bathroom with a good shower).
- Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that.
A great place if you are looking for a quiet but central location. Exceptionally clean. Good service.
Not the most crowded hotel with lobby services 24/7.
Nice big bed with comfortable mattress.
Generally enjoyable place
Very good hotel, staff very friendly especially the man handling the breakfast. Amazing shower , room is great as well! We had a lovely stay, the only downside was that it was a bit noisy, you could hear everyone very clearly walking and talking when passing your room .
Stayed here for a few days after stumbling across it on trip advisor.
Really pleased with the place. Very clean and tidy, felt very modern, rooms were a great size and well looked after.
Rooms have a small fridge, kettle, some goodies for guests. A hairdryer and bidet in the bathroom as well as a double header shower. A more traditional one and a more 'rainforest' style shower head.
The location was great as well, easy to get around to everywhere we wanted.
I can't vouch for the breakfast as we ate out every morning, but this was due to having many options in walking distance.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Prague.
