Okay, location is good. Very close to tram station and national museum. Staff was friendly. But I had a few issues. They gave me a bed number and sheet was smelling like urine. So I took the upper bed. When someone walks in the room, bed was shaking like earthquake. And also I found an acarid in the bed. Thanks God it didn't bite me. And room was so hot, no air conditioning or fan. Room was large and shinning.
Great hotel and excellent service. Just the a La card breakfast during corona times was very disappointing... Too bad, I would have expected something better from these generally great hotels. Radisson blu in comparison really excelled with their breakfast a la card.
Very great and comfortable hotel, the breakfast didn't have a lot to offer because of Corona but they did their best.
Very nice hotel. The loft was perfect! We would have preferred a buffet breakfast. The a la carte was ok though.
Standard modern hotel, nothing special about it. The breakfast was quite limited most probably due to Corona. The staff was very friendly though!
