It was a spur of the moment decision to stay for a night at Imperial Hotel. I booked a room at the very last minute, on the same day I checked-in. The reception service was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I liked the room, the hotel considered my request to have a room on a higher floor and breakfast was good. The hotel has a spa and wellness - my twin flame and I went to the sauna and steam room. It could be bigger but is good enough, clean and neat. The Imperial Cafe interior is something that everyone could be impressed! Take a peak!
Stayed 2 nights. Clean room, excellent service, extremely friendly and attending staff. Can highly recommend every traveler who wants a peaceful relax full holiday start into Prague.
Old Hollywood glam. It makes me want to strut along the corridor in a glitzy flapper dress and soak up the magic of 1920s. Really well decorated and it's located so strategically to all the must visit places.
Opportunity: Breakfast may need slight improvement but they offer a wide selection
We had arrived around 11 pm but staff was friendly and ready to help. Very polite, very helpful.
The rooms are gorgeous, truly has a soul, and spotless clean. Some nice complimentaries at convenience. The Imperial cafe connected to it is beautiful and the breakfast, which was served there, had many pleasing options. Would definitely recommend, will stay in again.
