The hotel staff was very nice! The breakfast was great too. The location is perfect! Everything was nicely decorated and clean. We recommend! If you have a sweet tooth, try the cakes at the café.
Just returned from a 4 night stay at hotel Netuda and had a fabulous time. The staff are the most friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile everyday, making us feel at home. Delicious breakfast with great choice, lovely room with quirky touches and very clean. Great location in the Castle district and close to Charles bridge. Will be returning to Prague in the near future and will definitely stay at hotel Neruda Stephanie and Lynne

Fantastic hotel. Didn't know what to expect as all the bedrooms are so very different looking. Our room was so lovely (went for superior option) and was well worth it. The hotel itself has a lot of character and is quirky.
We got bed & breakfast. Breakfast was nice, not much selection, but still nice. Staff were very accommodating. We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival. I went to reception to ask for towels and by the time I got back to my room, a staff member was waiting at my door with towels and she was very apologetic.
Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the castle. The hotel is located on a very steep hill, 20 minute walk from old town direction. The walk is very pretty. Some nights when we didnt want to tackle the hill, we hopped on the Lime scooters, which was a nice option to have.
Taxi service to the hotel was a 5 star service also. Highly recommended and hope to be back some day.
