Classical Elegance in a grand Belle Epogue building that was built as a residental palace in 1897!
One of the best places I've stayed in Prague. Excellent breakfast and beautiful view from the terrace. The gym is well equipped.
The spa area was out of order though and I could sense from other reviews that it had been for at least a month. Get it fixed or stop advertising the place as a hotel with spa area.
Beautiful interiors. Peaceful surroundings. Staff could be a little more considerate though. Tip : If you are claustrophobic make sure you don’t opt for standard attic rooms . ( on top floors ) This hotel is usually full so it would be difficult to get another room in case you request for a change last minute
You will be able to enjoy a decent breakfast buffet with an amazing city view.
Nice hotel with really amazing service. I felt very comfortabel, really covered and very well treated. The atmosphere and the quality of the hotel is outstanding. Nice design all over. Would like to come back...
What a wonderful hotel, stylish, clean & excellent customer service. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff take care of every query you have with a smile, from arranging taxi's, airport pickups/drop off, restaurants, orders for your room etc etc.
The room was perfect, clean & had everything needed for the stay. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge array of choice & also the possibility to sit outside on the terrace. All the staff were super friendly & helpful & the hotel itself is beautiful in it's art deco style. It's located in a lovely area with a short 15min walk to centre of town or an even quicker taxi ride.
Special mention to Ibrahim in the bar who was an wonderful host, he makes excellent cocktails & is delightful to talk with.
