Very clean and cozy
Staff were very kind , I stayed for one night and it was Comfortable
This hotel is quite alright, especially for the price. The rooms are a bit old and would need some renovation and maybe new carpets and furtiture, but otherwise it is quite alright.
We were unlucky to arrive in a time where construction work was going on. I must admit we were there in "Corona" times which is the best time for renovations.
Breakfast is ok as well. It is not a high end breakfast, but you have many choises of food and they have even self-made cakes.
Receptionist is very friendly and welcoming.
Parking places are around 300m away from the hotel (just talk to the receptionist once you arrive).
Nothing fancy. It is warm, the rooms are clean and nice. In the bathroom we had a bath, which was very nice. The view is bad. On breakfast there were barely any vegetables so for vegans the only food availabe was honey and jam and some apples and grapes.
The staff is nice. It is a few minutes walk from Metro and from the tram stop. Not in the city centre but close enough. There are some bars with beer nearby.
There is no gym, nor swimming pool in this hotel.
It is a bit funny that it really has 4 stars but as we have bought the room on a promotion we had a good value for money.
Nice hotel meeting all basic needs. Reception staff are very friendly (which was a nice change from some of the unfriendly service staff we meet around Prague). Breakfast was good quality, not fancy but has the basics and some nice tasty treats.
Rooms look refurbished as everything was clean. Chairs and carpet look like they were there since they opened. Breakfast was lovely with a decent selection of hot and cold foods and homemade cakes and breads. Lots of variety of their special teas which was delightful. Wouldn't rate this as a 4 star hotel but is a high 3 star hotel
