One of the best hotels in Prague! Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are always there to help and breakfast is fantastic. Also the hot tub and gym on our floor was always empty so we enjoyed our stay.
We have been for three nights at the Grand Mark Prague.
It was nearly perfect. Everyone from the staff was very helpful and friendly, the checkin went very fast and we could enter our room two hours earlier. Thanks again for that! The room has everything you need, was very clean and we had a great balcony and we really enjoyed it in the room.
The breakfast was very delicious, a wide range for every taste and it was always fresh. The Le Grill Restaurant is also very good, we had one dinner there and loved it.
There was one negative point and that´s the reason why i only give four points. We booked the spa area two times, always in the morning. The steam bath and the sauna was both times completely cold and the staff turned on the heating when our reservation started. One day we had a two hours reservation and after an hour and 15 minutes it was some like hot but on the second day we only made a reservation for one hour and it was not usable. So we paid and could only use the jacuzzi. And that´s not worth 35,- €/hour. At the checkout my wife told the receptionist about it, but she did not seem to be interested in it and said only that she can not say what went wrong.
All in all, very good hotel. If next time the spa would be usable, it would be perfect.
Lovely, relaxing hotel. We booked a regular room, but decided to upgrade to the executive suite when we arrived. The regular room was lovely and clean, but as we were staying for 6 nights, we decided to upgrade to a bigger room. Rooms were nice and clean - comfy bed, modern bathroom. Normal maid service etc. despite the corona virus. Good breakfast buffet (would have liked to try a few more local products such as Buchty).
Again, lovely friendly staff - always made us feel comfortable and looked after. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to future guests.
Superb location minutes from the attractions. Staff very attentive. Room very comfortable with large balcony. The garden was a superb place for food and drinks. Little haven of tranquility with the added attraction of the peacocks! Can't wait to go back.
