Absolutely amazing place. Modern, stylish, and perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast with a great variety of options and the most helpful and nice staff. Also the location is great - right in the city center but the rooms are not noisy at all so you can get a good night sleep. On top of all that, I got a free room upgrade since it was available! I will be definitely coming back in the future.
Everything was excellent. When we arrived, the receptionist offered us a welcome drink. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows for different sleeping positions. Also the location is perfect, this hotel is situated near train station and historic city center. What really surprised us was the delicious breakfast!! There was a wide choice of food and drinks.
Above all, we would like to thank hotel manager Tomáš who took care of our comfort. The next time we'll definitely stay in this wonderful hotel again!
Great interior, very nice staff and perfect service. I was very satisfied with the visit. Great view of Wenceslas Square. I highly recommend visiting this hotel. I personally visited the hotel for the second time and plan to return.
Top notch hotel in the heart of Prague, great for first time visitors! We were here in Oct, 2019 with our 2 children in a family room. The decor was modern and my children loved their bunk bed and the jacuzzi tub. Our favorite treat was the breakfast and afternoon snacks that were included in our stay. The quality was on par with any top Las Vegas buffet. They still talk about how much they loved this place. The staff was friendly and the location was super convenient, next to shops and transit. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Prague who wants to feel pampered and we'd definitely stay here again!
