I was on vacation with my family and we went to the Golden Star hotel for breakfast. The staff was rude and arrogant. Not only they didn’t greet us, but they also made us feel like we were a bother. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even for a drink, until they learn how to respect and welcome their customers.
It was absolutely perfect. The hôtel is rebuilt, already seeing the ancient stars and the amazing lift and the inner part of the corridor. Plus if you take a room with a view, you ll spend your time sitting there speechless. There is floor heating in the bathroom, the rooms are extremely spacious for a city centre.
The stuff was amazing. I had a feeling they own the hotel as they cared for it so much. The restaurant has a very reasonably priced dishes for where it is, the food was nice, and the service awesome.
The location is absolutely awesome.
I don't know if some hotel in Prague can beat this!
Fantastic experience, beautiful view from the room. Room was incredible and extra clean, we know paid a fraction due to the pandemic but it's good value at typical rates as well!Thank you for taking care of our mountain bikes.
This is a wonderful boutique hotel that had all of the amenities I was looking for. Very chic, clean and great service. The front desk was always very helpful. The main thing that attracted me was the location, right underneath the Hrad castledistrict, but still in Mala Strana. It was not far from the touristy part of Prague, right over the Charles Bridge. Will try to stay here again on future visits.
We stayed two days, we were happy with everything. The staff including Jiri, Jirka, Jana were pleasant and made us feel comfortable right away. The room was very clean, perfect breakfast! The convenient location to reach the historic center in a short time and the Castle just 100 meters away! recommend to everyone !!!!
