What a great hotel! We booked trough Expedia which was very confusing. We were supposed to book extra bed for our son and a parking spot. Which we did not do, so we were told that we would pay extra for it (about €120). We had a great time and hotel was excellent. When we where checking out we were told that extra costs won't be charged .
Faultless from start to finish. The private spa facilities were to die for, with a medieval style steam room, private sauna complete with ambient music and gorgeous lighting and the Roman bath.
Breakfast was plentiful and wonderful to suit all tastes every morning and despite being busy the hotel felt at peace all of the time. The rooms were spacious, the garden was restful and the dining experience topped it off perfectly.
The most important aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met was charming and polite.
Wholeheartedly recommend and would absolutely return when we visit Prague again. Photos do not do this hotel justice.
Highly recommended. Friendly staff, excellent service and spotlessly clean bathroom. Deluxe room is large and comfy with large bathroom. Excellent breakfast too. The hotel sits underneath the castle, so it's in a great location.
