Great staff and management. There was an issue recently with my card being charged on a non-refundable account but they STILL took care of me. Great customer service!!

Great hostel/hotel right in the heart of the stary rynek !!! Will come back for sure

There is no air conditioning so it's too loudly when you just want to open the window. And the breakfast is a poor.

Great location, very good service, friendly, caring staff, lovely rooms. I will definitely come back.
