This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars and more.
We stayed 3 nights December 2020. It is very difficult to maintain the high level of service, cleanness, quality and even the mood, but they have done that.
The reception staff are fluent in English, all recommendations were excellent, all questions and demands were quickly and easily were answered.
The restaurant staff and kitchen were very professional, very nice presentation, amazing tastes, we loved to seat there.
The room is beautiful, clean and shiny, comfortable.
Highly recommended!
What a fantastic hotel. Beautiful room, great breakfast and diner and very romantic atmosphere! Located in the Centre of Porto this is a great place to spend your time in this beautiful city!
Pleasant stay overall. Shower, bed, breakfast, soundproofing, spa, staff, location and cleanliness all top. But specifically I want to emphasize the interior (and exterior) design concept - coherent, old vs. new, minimalist yet still warm and inviting while not being obtrusive at any point - it just looks and feels really great.
Wonderful hotel located in the heart of Porto! Had the pleasure to stay there for a week. Thanks to the team of Portobay for this wonderful stay.
