Amazing hotel in the centre of Porto. Rooms are tastefully decorated and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive with lots of choices. You can order eggs and bacon etc.. to be served at your table. The staff and service couldn’t have been nicer. Great Hotel!
I stayed at Mason Albar Le Monumental for three nights and it was wonderful. I went on my own to have a few days in Porto and it was the best location to gently explore the city (I didn't do too much as I was there to relax). The attention to detail at this place is incredible - it manages to be polished and beautiful without being stuffy. The staff are professional but also funny and sweet and helpful. My room was the loveliest I think I've ever stayed in (the shower was amazing too) and I had a very relaxing time. I had a swim and a workout and both the pool and gym were spotlessly clean and stylish and a pleasure to be in. I borrowed a couple of books from the library which is a stunning space too. A perfect play to stay.
Best cocktails, cozy atmosphere
Wonderful experience at this hotel! We spent 3 nights at the Monumental : the decoration and facilities are beautiful, the staff is extremely efficient and friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the location is perfect to access all must-see visits, restaurants and bars at walking distance. High quality standards are followed at this hotel that I definitely recommend.
The best 5 star hotel in the best location in Porto. Great service. Spacious elegantly decorated room. Wonderful Le Monument restaurant with a 1star Michelin chef. We took the 7 service menu and it was divine. We will never forget our stay at this hotel
