What great service from reception, they helped us book a few things and organise stuff as well as recommended great places to eat. I would love to come back here or their other property. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. The rooms are lovely, and well finished. Our bathroom was huge and we had a lovely view out across the river and could spot all the port houses

A wonderful hotel, right in the middle of the city! We stayed here with our two month old baby and the service was outstanding. Teresa, Fatima and the rest of the hotel team were absolutely delightful. The only thing we wish is that the hotel was a bit more environmentally friendly. For example, we don't need new towels or sheets every day. But otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Hope to be back!
Overall hotel experience was really amazing. But this is really about the people who welcome you as you were in their home. AMAZING. Breakfast so good. The view and whole area around is absolutely beautiful. We got the room with the view on the river which was worth a million dollars. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
