Very friendly and helpful staff and great location in the old part of the city. Hotel and rooms were a bit worn down. Expect some noise from the street.

The staff is so friendly and sweet! They also do give great tips about what to do in Porto. The rooms are clean and have a bath! The breakfast is delicious and freshly baked. So we were more than happy to stay at this welcoming place in the middle of the city center

Have nothing which I can fault about our stay here it was perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly providing great tips to make your stay as best possible. The location is excellent located in the heart of Porto. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and fresh produce. The rooms are stylish and modern with all the amenities you would expect. Also fresh biscuits are available 24/7 from the communal areas, very dangerous. Would come and stay here again in a heartbeat
