I've been to a few 5* hotels but this was by far the best ever!
Why?
The attention to detail is incredible. Beautiful views. Beautiful stylish and roomy rooms. Wonderful breakfast (even with Eggs Benn). Amazingly helpful staff. Nothing was too much. Great recommendations. We had to stay in after 1pm due to curfew on Saturday but they were creative in making our time even better by putting a few different offers on. It showed they really care, offering class, elegance and ability to be creative. No wonder this has won so many awards! Before you book something else a bit cheaper, just call these guys directly and you'll always remember this hotel for the rest of your life.
I came in Nov 2020 and have since booked for my whole family as a Christmas present for April. Cannot wait to be back!
The perfect pick for Porto. The hotel itself is probably one of the most beautiful ones we’ve ever stayed in. The design & interior is more than chic - each room is uniquely decorated in inspired by different artists. Staff & service were truly exceptional, especially Nuno who was always more than welcoming and helpful. We asked them for recommendations on the country side and Douro Valley - what we got was two page list of tips, routes and recommendations for sightseeing, food and wineries. What a service - thanks Nuno & Mariana!! Our highlight was the terrace and pool area from where you have the most stunning view on Douro River and the whole city of Porto. True 5 star boutique hotel experience.
Even though it’s not located in the city center you have everything you need in walking distance. The hotel also offers parking for 18€/day for those traveling by car.
The Hotel is very good, with nice views over the Douro River, very attentive staff, and good accommodation. The location is very good as well, close to the "Porto center".
We stayed just for a night, and we didn't had the chance to use the pool or gym but the pool has a very good view.
Just the perfect pick for Porto. Super well located, jaw dropping views from restaurant and pool area. The staff is super helpful, food is great, there is nothing i would complain about it. True 5 stars experience, will definitely return.
