Great hotel in a very good location. The big plus goes to the members of staff that are truly amazing! Great service, very good breakfast and at reasonable price. If you’re thinking of a nice place to stay think no further! Well recommended!
This is a very good hotel, very well located close to the old city center. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean. Good breakfast and a fabulous rooftop bar with a great view.
Poor service and unfriendly staff.
I stayed several days in the hotel. The room service skipped my room one day, when I complaint at the reception no excuses were given. I was offered a different room though, but when I packed all my stuff and went to the new room i was surprised to see that service had not been done for that room neither. Again down to the reception with my luggage, no excuses, new room.
Besides that, the water policy seems miserable for a 4 star hotel. I came back from jogging in a hot day, no water dispenser available and I was told water is only served against charge.
Small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and adequate size for a few days. Breakfast room with views was nice, and selection for breakfast was good. Didn't use the rooftop bar. Location was very convenient for centre/downtown - only a 10-15 minute walk. Would stay again.
