Very pleasant and nice place.
Very nice and homey atmosphere. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Location is on the best place, just a half minute from the sea pier (marine). Very friendly owners, it's a family run business that's why you will receive the best service ever. Mr Zajko Feric is very friendly person. He gave us instructions for almost everything, from the help with the rent a car till where is the best beach side and where is the best pizza, ice-cream and so on. Every room have Mitsubishi air-condition (we rented the whole willa for 1 week) so I personally checked everywhere and air-condition is at every room. Very unique design in the house, but the best is the Grand Suite, we liked it very much. Next time we will be back!

Great space in the center of it all..
While sitting here in the dining area for breakfast, the clouds pass on by as I’m enjoying an amazingly fresh, delicious and homemade meal of local farm fresh eggs with the yolks the color of a glowing sunset and straight out of the oven apple strudel. I can see the pine and palm trees outside the Villa in the quiet neighborhood and know the city is a 5 minute walk from here.
Beautiful small island, quiet and rich in nature. You can have a nice walk or jog around the place as well enjoying by the beach. The water is crystal clear and there is a lot to see while diving, like sea shells, sea stars and fishes. It's a historical place where it used to be a quarantine island for people that wanted to visit the city of Poreč. A few monuments are still there such as the palace and the tower. You can have lunch and dinner there as well, take some ice-cream and enjoy by different types of beaches like sand and rocks.
