Great place to relax with children. Beautiful area, comfortable rooms, close to the sea, playgrounds and swimming pools, children's room and animation. There are, of course, disadvantages: cleaning would be better, the bathroom is very minimalist; when you come to dinner half an hour before the end, you are looked at as an enemy, everything is already beginning to gather; a children's disco could be later, not at dinner; when paying by card (euro) there are still some strange conversions and the final amount is different than in the check
Great facility for the kids. The pools and everything was clean and tidy.
The suites are really big enough for 4 people, the bathroom was really surprisingly spacious. There is also really a lot of storage space in all of the closets that are throughout the suite.
Food was really great every time. We haven't had that in any hotel before. Breakfast as well as evening buffet. The ladies and gentlemen at the buffet were always very generous when filling up. You were also allowed to fill the children's bottles on the drink dispenser and you could even take something to eat with you when we asked
There were full disinfectant dispensers everywhere.
The children's entertainment was excellent. The kids disco was really great.
Two clowns and a magician even came.
Playgrounds are made child-friendly and beautiful. Something for everyone
All employees were super friendly and accommodating.
Plenty of parking spaces available. However, not covered and in the blazing sun. They could also be a little wider.
Here is something we didn't like that much, but which we will overlook and will definitely come back to:
- Unfortunately you can smoke anywhere ... At the children's pool, while eating (outside) ... That really sucks.
- Somehow there was also no such thing as a lifeguard to be seen. I guess that the "towel man" doesn't have a lifeguard function because he was constantly on the cell phone or went around somewhere.
- The room cleaners came somehow when they wanted ... We have 2 small children and they take a nap. We always wore "Do Not disturbed" electronically. But somehow they didn't care ... They came anyway and knocked really loudly and just talked loudly when the door was opened ... That's why we only had them cleaned twice in 10 days.
- The lawn could be on the system more often
be mowed, there are bumblebees and bees and the like ... hardly to be seen in the tall grass.
-With our Gardensuite, the tiles on the terrace are unfortunately not non-slip, if you walk over the damp grass in the morning and then over the terrace into the suite, you slip really quickly.
