Family games on the pool were amazing. Ty animation for a great time, the whole family had a great time. Well done.
The hotel is beautiful and the food is good, but the room is very hot and humid (25 °C) because the airconditioning is not working. We have complained a few time already, but a repair person comes by, rattles the a/c and it stays the same. There seems to be an unwillingness provide us with a room with a working a/c.
With the rates that are being asked for a room with a working a/c as promised is the basic one can expect.

Great hotel with a wonderful service... Sport facilities Great, tennis, bike Centre, tennis school and even jetski safari tours..
Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, and very friendly staff. The surrounding gardens are immaculate and a welcome respite from the sun. We enjoyed our stay here, and would come again.
Nicely refurbished with comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the place is completely packed with families and rowdy kids. Breakfast and dinner is complete mayhem. No fault of the hotel, but it seriously ruined our stay. If you don't like your vacation at an oversized kindergarten look elsewhere!
