Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in a ground floor spacious one bedroom apartment.
There are shutters so it's nice and dark in the morning! Beds are spacious and comfortable. They've got a travel cot for baby too!
Hotel is really clean, staff are extremely friendly, breakfast had a large selection of cereals, breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, eggs, vegetables etc..
Dinner was OK lots of meat (mainly pork or beef options). There was chicken and a mussels option. They make different dinner buffet options each day so some days will probably be tastier than others.
Swimming pool outside was nice. Quite deep (2.2meters I believe) but an amazing view of the sea in the distance.
Only downfall was location. Quite far away from restaurants, shops etc...and not much to do in hotel except sit by the pool.
I would still definitely return for a short stay!
While sitting here in the dining area for breakfast, the clouds pass on by as I’m enjoying an amazingly fresh, delicious and homemade meal of local farm fresh eggs with the yolks the color of a glowing sunset and straight out of the oven apple strudel. I can see the pine and palm trees outside the Villa in the quiet neighborhood and know the city is a 5 minute walk from here.
Near the city center, cheap price, clean apartment. Owner is very polite and we checked out in the afternoon next day because there was no other guest to come.
We will return here every time we come to Istria
Beautiful Hotel. Very friendly Guest Service. Incredible location and sunsets. Great implementation of Hygiene Protocols during this challenging times. Food preportioned without plastic in glasses was smart and buffet was served! Felt very safe!

This restaurant is a must-visit place. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can have a great time with your family and friends and eat delicious food, this is definitely the place for you.
Fantastic high-level place for a top holiday with or without kids. For demanding families or if you want to amaze your lover, the island is big and diverse enough to have a 1 week holiday with different activities every day. If you stay 2 weeks, you still don't get bored, as you can visit Istra and go different places every day. The boat really goes up an down all the time, so you don't have to plan, just go. The entire island is tailored for the demanding guest, meaning the villas and rooms are top quality already at 4 stars. The 5 star villas (called V Level) and hotel (Miramare) are actually of same build quality but more expensive mostly because they have a more private and closed placing, with some villas being bigger and having big private infinity pools right at the beach front. This is all great, but more for adults. The kids won't enjoy that part of the island, as the beaches are rocky and not suitable/safe for kids below 10-12 years. The sweetest beaches and pools for kids are at the main hotel and near the 4 star villas. So, even if you are demanding and want only the best, and have small kids, go for the 4 star villas - you will be entirely satisfied. The villas almost all have sea view but some have a lesser view, but are closer to the beaches and pools instead. Those with the best sea view are on the upper hill, so you have to walk quite far uphill, which can be annoying at super hot weather. All on the island is top quality and it is very apparent that outsiders don't come often, so all is as new. The walkways, night lights, playgrounds, all is just a great experience. And the island is not small at all! It has even an enchanted forest where you can get lost for a short while... At night the island is very peaceful and the beaches are empty, so you can have some "quality time" ;) on the beach at night, no problem.... The staff is mostly top quality as well. The services all top. The food is absolutely highest level in the 5 star amenities, but 4 star is great as well, having ups and downs from very good to top. So we will come back for sure, and will go in 4 stars for sure, as the 5 star doesn't justify (in our view) the price difference, which can be big. Although, you get sun roofs for your car at 5 star, while if you have a 4 star reservation, your car will be under the hot sun for those 1-2 weeks.
