Allowed booking via booking.com although it was closed. Once we arrived, we saw the hotel being closed and tried several times to call the hotel. They hung up both times. No communication from them yet (several days after the booking)
If I could give this hotel a higher star rating I would. My husband and I are going to recommend this place to everyone we know. Muladin went above and beyond with customer service and friendliness that this hotel felt more like home than just a place to stay. Tanya helped set up excursions for us and Muladin went out of his way to make dinner reservations for us whenever we requested. Just a short uber ride away from the city center night life with bars and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks and they learned our habits and were with in reach through text at any time. We will miss this hotel and can not wait to come back to visit and stay again. They helped with anything we needed due to us getting married in Split and the rooms were clean, the view is amazing, the beach just a few feet away. Thank you so much guys! Highly suggest the breakfast here as well made by Muladin himself!
A simply delightful experience from beginning to end, with outstanding customer service from Tanja and Miladin, the owners.
When you arrive outside from the street, you have little idea of what awaits inside: the best sea views imaginable, staff who go over and above to make sure your stay is enjoyable and lovely rooms with super comfortable beds. Oh, and they’ve got a secret box of water toys for the children (our son went from never having swim in the sea to avid snorkler during the holiday). And all of it set off to a background of art works from local artists.
The hotel was fine for a night but many of the amenities were limited. The guys working were great but obviously understaffed due to COVID and therefore not always available. Great location and I think service will improve as the Covid thing calms down.
Perfect secret gem on the beach. Always coming back because of impressive hospitality.
