Great location. All the staff are very helpful, pleasant and smiling. Had an issue with the water going off first night but this was not a hotel issue. Supply in the city was interrupted. Very good localation to the Old Town and centre of Plovdiv.
Did everything to make our stay great. Friendly and caring staff. Comfortable beds, location, conference room, they are ready to meet guests :)
