Best boutique hotel we have ever been to not only in Bulgaria but in whole Europe. Super clean, on a fantastic location, with friendly staff and with a great restaurant this hotel is really worth visiting!!!
Unique architecture and style! Very luxurious and nicely furnished hotel! The accommodation is impeccable and the treatment is professional with a personal touch! Perfect for work or leisure trips!
Great hotel. Great room. Quiet built-in AC. Great finishing touches, like the mosaic in bathroom (actually the whole bathroom is pretty nice). And the location is awesome.
So it is hard to understand why they wouldn't put a single duvet instead of two individual tiny covers on the bed. Completely defeats the point of the beautiful kind size mattress. Being monogrammed does not make them comfortable. The other thing - why not air-condition the hallways and elevator? Is hot summer in Plovdiv surprising to anyone?
These are not big issues, but this is supposed to be 5 stars. It's not like getting lukewarm coffee at breakfast, and is totally in control of the management to fix.
Amazing hotel in the best location of Plovdiv! Excellent service and hospitality. 5* hotel atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a safe, quiet and beautiful street in the heart of the city. Rooms are remarkably decorated, Chef Shishkov’s restaurant is beyond perfection. You must have lunch or dinner there at least once!
