Very good hotel. LOVED the food they have.
Very friendly service. The hotel looks a bit outdatet from the outside. But the facilities are still fine. Location is good as well.
Brilliant. Fantastic animation team with fabulous shows. Lovely helpful staff. Extremely comfortable beds and well equipped rooms. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer included. Very close to beach and shops. Second time there and would definitely go back. Caters for all ages entertainment. Food and restaurant first class. Special mention of Antonio from entertainment, deserves a medal for the way he is with all ages, just amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you
Would not recommend this hotel if you're taking children with you. We went Dec 2019, 7-14th and whilst the food and facilities were to a high standard, the environment and culture with accepting small children let it down. I had a 3 year old and like most children had her fair share of emotions, including laughing, singing, tantrums and shouting. Her and another 3 year old were told off by staff for laughing loudly in the restaurant. I'd like to add we paid full price for these children to be here and they weren't exactly eating their 'share of food' at that age. The waitress shook her head dismissively and told them to be quiet. Also, the age range of hotel stayers were in the older range however, many seemed to be intolerant of our children and several people stared, shook their heads in disapproval and came up to them to tell them to be quiet. Whilst we are aware children can be annoying to others and were mindful that our children needed to respect others peace and quiet, the hotel environment did not appear to be 'kid friendly'. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel if you have children
Liked it very much near the beach, good food ,hotel room nice and clean . We will be going back there again
