We had a very good stay here. The staff was very friendly and polite. Supermarket and shopping possibilities were also nearby. Sadly the room was irregularly cleaned. The cocktails at the poolbar were very expensive for people without all inclusive. The music played at the pool was way too loud in our point of view.

The staff was very helpful and polite, one down side was some of them didn't speak English but did try as best they can, entertainment was ok but would have been better if it wasn't for corona virus situation, would go again
Currently on holiday here during the covid 19 crisis. On departure was hesitant that the holiday was gonna be ruined but willing to make the most of a bad situation. They have created a perfect environment that mixes entertainment, customer service and everyone's safety all in one the service had been excellent and although there is a language barrier between us and kitchen staff everything has been catered for. The variety of food is amazing for everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable like a home away from home. The pool is amazing. So much so I've had to be dragging the kids kicking and screaming out of there. The beach is a couple minutes walk away and the shop next door has literally anything you will need and. A lot cheaper than the bigger supermarkets. I cannot fault the place. Jose the entertainer had been amazing with adults and kids alike . I will definitely book again. Perfect for couples, families and friends. Didn't get to experience the full night life. But there's bars either side of the hotel.allnwilling and welcoming to make sure you enjoy yourself. Only thing I can suggest is making sure you have cash converted before arriving the banks charge a fortune and a lot of places will only take cash..
My friend and I stayed a week at the bronze absolutely loved it! Staff and food was amazing and right in the town and walking distance to beach loads of shops around although some closed due to covid. Definitely recommend this place
Dirty. Room cleaning just once for 2 days. Breakfast not good. Bad experience
