This hotel has exceeded our expectations by far. From the beginning, the staff was extremely friendly and has always been for the entire week we stayed there.
The room was first of all very clean, spacious and decorated in good taste. A bottle of wine was on the house, as well as a few sweets and coffee caps for Nespresso. Very good quality coffee by the way.
The pool area is decorated like a tropical oasis in the middle of the hot landscape. Spending some time there in the afternoon is a true blessing.
The breakfast offered a variety of local specialties, as well as a few international ones. Some guests may prefer to have their typical breakfast and eat the same stuff as they do at home, and I think they did not miss a thing here. There is something for everyone and every taste.
The hotel is also very close to the beach and to the center of Maspalomas.
Can't wait to book another vacation at this hotel! Thank you guys for the wonderful time we had there!
I’ve stayed here twice, and this is definitely my favourite hotel in Gran Canaria. Modern, clean, great layout - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Worth paying a bit extra for this great hotel. Close to the centre, generally a great vibe. Can’t wait to visit again.

Best holiday ever in the junior suite
Super disappointed with this hotel. As a member I received an offer to book early for this coming December. 1 room 1 person, when I called I was told that specific price €600 for one week, was based on NO CHANGE NO REFUND although we face daily regulation changes in Europe because of COVID19. You should be ashamed at Gold! As such, I will never stay in your property again.
