Our new favourite. Right on the dunes. Heaven to wake up and watch the sunrise.
The hotel is super clean, they are very careful everywhere to prevent any virus spread. All the staff is super kind and friendly. No complaints, great stay
The hotel has magnificent location, a good pool area and a dedicated restaurant. We stayed at the top floor and the views to the Maspalomas Dunes were outstanding, but the ground floor and maybe the first one have no views at all (only pool view). The amenities were not impressive, but maybe that's because of Covid situation. Only water glasses in the room, but the staff is really kind and you only have to ask, they bring all the necessary (we had several bottles of champagne and they promptly served us with glasses and icebuckets). There is also a chill out area where from time to time (weekends?) they invite a great violin singer, a voice singer etc. One problem we had with the phone in room was quickly solved. There was also a shortage in staff but again, it's probably due to Covid.
The breakfast buffet is diverse and good quality. For the dinner they have special menus as Spanish/Iberian, Asian, barbecue... the food is good, some of the sweets I found them a bit too sweet (could be a matter of taste).
Beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, super helpful and friendly staff! I would come back for sure. It is close to the sea, you can see a beautiful sunrise from the beach.
Very nice hotel direct in famous Dunas Maspalomas.
