I have been at the hotel for nearly a month now with a few weeks to go before I go home. The hotel have been fantastic and have really looked after me being a solo traveller. The rooms are big and clean and the food is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entertainment is great with the animation team getting the guests entertained, even though the hotel is not that busy with the other countries in lockdown the show still goes on regardless if there are 10 guests or 200 guests and cater for every nationality. Great location & great staff. Will be sad to leave
A nice hotel. Good size room, comfortable bed, everywhere clean and fresh, wide selection of tasty food at every mealtime, excellent swimming pool and fantastic staff. Clearly a well managed hotel with an attentive Customer Relations Manager ensuring everyone is happy. Would definitely book again.

Currently staying here on holiday,it is a lovely place good size room cleaned every other day. The staff are amazing especially at these difficult times making sure everyone is safe and wearing masks when they should be . Caroline I believe the customer relations manager is excellent alway there to assure you and very friendly. Food and drinks spot on .
Had a fantastic stay at Playa Bonita! The bars and the restaurant were really great, with lots of quality drinks and a good selection of food - I especially appreciated the sweets and the tropical fruit! The staff are very helpful, and the hotel felt safe also in these covid times.. will return for sure!
