Loved this place. My wife and I came here on a Saturday. Chilled in a daybed, awesome DJ, amazing service, good food and drinks, really nice pool and easy access to ocean. Have to spend 600 pesos per person which isn't bad compared to other spots. I would definitely come here again.
When i first came to the Thompson beach house i was greeted by Manuel. He is by the far the sweetest, kindest and besr waiter i have met in Playa! Manuel goes above and beyond for customer service and he needs to get a raise. He deserves to have a higher position at Thompson. he is great with people and that is a skill needed at management level! thanks to Manuel i will always come back to Thompson Beach House
I did not stay at this hotel, I stayed at the sister property a few blocks away, and as guests there you have full access to this hotels facilities as well as the Tequila tasting every day at sunset.
The tasting was fun, you are given 3 tequilas to try and 1 other drink, and bartender went on to explain about each tequila that he poured.
Beach in front of hotel is very peaceful. Although it is public, not that many people come to this one, and they stick to the other stretches of beach.
Loved location right on the beach. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the ocean. Service was excellent too. Picture is view from balcony.
We stayed in the beach house and attended a wedding at main house (cinco). Loved everything! Great attention to details and service. Food was delicious at hotel, beach area, wedding restaurant and staff always kind and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
