DO NOT STAY - Shower didn’t work - had to go to the outside pool area to shower. Elevator didn’t work. Electricity repeatedly went off. Pool was dirty and a lot smaller than the photos. Loud construction work right next to the pool. We shortened our stay and agreed a refund from the hotel - a month has passed with no refund and hotel not answering calls or emails. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Fiesta Inn over the road! - update - 2 months have passed with no refund and the hotel are now declining any calls.
Had money stolen from the room on the last day of stay and hotel staff didn’t even try to investigate. The receptionist said he’ll submit a report, but when I asked about it the next day, another receptionist didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn’t see any reports. Watch your valuables or better don’t stay there.
Great place to stay and very friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.
