Some misleading information on the photos. Consists of two parts on both sides of the street. The pool part is renovated and in good condition. The other needs work. Some raccoon presence - normal for this part of Mexico.

BEWARE!!! Had a horrible experience with this hotel recently. I had booked a room with ocean view which had a balcony. When I got there they wanted to give me a room that was way different than what I had booked. There was no balcony, bugs on the bed, the bathroom was gross nothing like the pics. It was late night I had no choice so I stayed for a night. The next day they wouldn’t even offer to give me breakfast which was suppose to be included. I had to fight with them and they were so cheap to give me a coffee refill or extra water. They are so cheap they even wanted to charge me for a cup of ice! The manager is really rude and so are some of the employees. Do not stay here it is a dump you can get much better places for the price. Trust me you just dodge a big bullet!!!!
The pictures shown at the reservation are different of the rooms offered. It seems they have 2 different types of rooms. Some of them are old and very small. The window opens to concrete wall. Be careful.
Worst hotel in Mexico!!!! The sheets were dirty, towels were stained and there were bugs in the room. Staff was extremely rude and has no respect towards the guests. They charged us double the price we reserved the room for online and told us not to trust their website prices. The room didn’t look anything like the pictures and when i talked to the manager he said “its marketing, ofcourse we make the rooms look better than they actually are.” They refused to give me breakfast even though it was included in my booking and even wanted to charge me for a cup of ice!!! How cheap of a hotel to refuse you a $2 breakfast and a cup of ice when they already charged me double my booking!!! They also rent their beach chairs out to the public so if you dont go to the beach super early in the morning the hotel guests wont even get a beach chair. Stay away from this place. Plenty of other places to stay in Playa that are way cheaper and cleaner
See below. The hotel responds with two totally different things: I didn't say the pool is bad, I said the room is dirty and broken and for no price can it be offered if it is not stipulated in the advertisement where they offer services on Booking.com
