Calm and super beautiful boutique hotel, perfect for relaxing. The staff makes you feel very welcoming and are super kind. We loved how they made it like a small village around the pool area, looking like all small bungalows. Each has it own small porch with a hammock. Everything is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, in the middle of the strip with all restaurants and bars. Breakfast of the hotel is from an outsourcing restaurant that is connected to it. Service was outstanding as well, the only thing that could be improved are more vegan options instead of only fruit and basic salad ingredients. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.
This hotel is very quaint and has a rustic feel. All staff is very friendly. The resort is very clean and tidy. The resort appears to take pride that it's quiet and does not cater to large party crowd which we liked. The food was mediocre. However there are lots of great food options near by. The guests respect the hotel grounds and I would recommend this hotel for couples. There were no families and no children during the week that we spent at the resort. The bar staff was great and made anything we asked, so they are stocked with many options. The pool and spa are kept very clean. The pool lounges are laundered daily and people respectively smoke away from the pool. I would stay here again.
Magic Blue is a tropical Oasis right in the middle of everything. I had the pleasure of staying here during my recent travels to Playa del Carmen celebrating my birthday. Only one minor issue during check in but that was not on the hotels end but with the booking agency and they were very helpful during the process. From the moment I checked in until check out, the staff was AMAZING. There is a bar right outside your rooms and the tender Johan was great. ADULTS ONLY HOTEL give you more of a relaxing ,chilled vibe, so I think my friend's and I definitely brought some excitement during our stay. Location was perfect steps from 5th Avenue, the beach, shops, clubs,etc. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK .

The good: beautiful property, a quiet oasis in a bustling resort town. Clean fresh rooms, lovely pool area. Courteous staff. Good covid awareness and prevention.
The bad: if you book on their web page they talk about “benefits” you only get when you book directly with them. BEWARE - you don’t get them, they are supposedly samples of what you get with different rates. Free hydrotherapy means free 30 minutes use of indoors jacuzzi and sauna (!) for one person. If you get a $75 spa credit with your reservation BEWARE of the unwritten caveat - it is $37.50 per person (or maybe $25 p.p. if you stay 3 in the room) so they will still charge you for your spa treatments ♂️
If you ignore the advertised packages and just focus on the facility it is a beautiful place.
Small boutique hotel with very tentative staff and great location. All rooms face inner pool court yard with a meditation like vibe. This allows the street noise to be blocked. Bonus.. close to shopping restaurants and club
