Fantastic hotel. Service was excellent and Yaun was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was huge. The room had a huge bathtub with jets like a jacuzzi. The location was terrific, walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool, lounge, and bar. The hotel also has a sushi bar/ restaurant on the first floor. The style/atmosphere of the hotel combines a retro and classic style with a hipster vibe. The low lighting of the hotel gives it a very romantic and intimate feel. The hotel is 4 stories high. There is street parking but you have to pay. This is also one of the few hotels in the town that is family/kid-friendly, as many of the hotels are adults only. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. I highly recommend.
Cheapest rooftop bar with pool in Playa. Decent service, friendly staff, medium size pool, sun beds are 1000 pesos minimum consumption. General minimum consumption is 200 pesos and you get two cocktails for that!

Only cons was the dirty female bathroom, but it got cleaned immediately after I complained.
Chilled music during the day, few people. In the evening it gets crowded and the music becomes more housey.
I'm extremely displeased with the customer service of this hotel. I booked my room in December of 2020 for an 8 night stay in February of 2021... yes, the room was booked as non-refundable. However, due to the new COVID testing requirements implemented in January of 2021, I decided that I cannot risk traveling if for some reason my results don't come back in time OR I test positive. Well, Be Playa refused to let me change my travel dates.... I've already paid for the room and am now out over $700 USD due to poor customer service. It would be nice to have some leniency with everything that's going on right now. I will not be supporting this business ever again.... including the sushi restaurant in the main level (which I frequently dined at).
It was so beutifull andres checked us in he was amazing made everything so easy I will definitely be coming back and angus checked us out and was so sweet very helpful thank you for the lovely experience
