2 nights into my 8 night stay and already looking to leave. The first night the air conditioner was leaking a steady flow of water all of the counter. The receptionist gave me a bucket, so i got to listen to that all night. Maintenance came this morning and “fixed” the issue, but now the AC is stuck on full blast and it is FREEZING. I told the receptionist and he told me he will call maintenance in the morning again. I asked for an extra blanket and he offered me towels.
Edit: after my third night one of the employees, Mario who is a great man, upgraded our room and made our stay much better
Cute rooftop pool and a great location. Bed was super hard 1 pillow per person, no blanket.
Very good hotel, good location, there's a small pool on the 4th floor. Breakfast could be better
Any review that states they just stayed on property is a lie and false review. Hotel is currently closed! Still able to make reservations online, please beware!!

Nice staff, above all the best Manuel Olvera! He’s really kind and he takes care about “his” customers! It was a pleasure meeting him! We were there also for a lovely afternoon in the pool!||Really appreciated and really recommended!
