Stayed here for several days. My experience was initially quite positive! Room is nothing special but nice and the redlight theme is cool. The rooftop pool area is rather mediocre with an extremely shallow pool that no one bothered to get into. Its a nice location which is a plus, make sure to request a room away from the street noise so you can sleep at night. Having said this, they would not let my friend visit the room to hang out with me for 5 min! This after having paid hundreds of dollars and having spent over a week at their hotel. The service Score is a 0. That’s all.
Strange hotel. However the rooftop swimming pool is great. Food is average. Place is nice and clean.
If your a tourist visiting Mexico, skip this place. They stole money from a disabled person and pocketed money by overcharged an extra 4 days. This place is a nightmare and don't bother talking to the owner to check the cameras, it showed proof and the owner will be even more rude to you
No business should be open that operates like this, other businesses run their hotels legally and dont steal from tourists either
This place is the biggest rip off!!!! BEWARE when you book with them! They first give you an amazing deal and then tell you that breakfast is mandatory which is $10 dollars on top of your room rare. Then at check in they also want you to pay some crazy taxes of $200 pesos. I booked with trip.com and when I contacted them they said they are not aware of any extra fees. But they will not refund me the money since the room is non refundable!!! For one I refuse to stay in a place where they rip you off just because you are a tourist !!!! For two think twice when you also book with a third party especially if it’s non refundable.
The hotel itself is decent, but BEWARE when booking that some of the promo pricings offered are only for an afternoon stay of a couple hours, not overnight, and the mobile site in English does NOT make this clear without a lot of digging into the links to the fine print (but your receipt after you book sure does, so I don't believe this to be an error in translation)
