The location is great! Very close to the main street but far enough so it's not loud during the night. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean and very well kept. Would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in Playa del Carmen at a great price.
Nice Hotel Boutique. Beautiful and cozy. Very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was "ok" very simple, very bad Coffee. Have garage parking. Just a 2 block from 5ta avenida. When we comeback, we considered this place again.
I ended up not staying here bc I needed two beds and they only offer one bed rooms, but I wanted to write a review for the front desk employee Martin Canales. He gave excellent customer service today. He went out of his way to help me rebook a different hotel and also spoke to hotels.com on my behalf to work out the details. Very helpful and I thank you so much Martin! I will easily book this hotel in future if i only need a single bed!
Location is the highlight of this hotel. Within walking distance of most spots you would want to see. Food, bars, 5th Ave, beach. I traveled solo December 2020, downside for me was hotel needs an update very outdated rooms. They hand you a physical key with a bulky key chain to access your room. Rooms doors and access are to close for comfort. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room and hall ways... pools are nice and quiet, I do not believe they serve drinks I had to walk next door to oxxo to buy my drinks. Great hotel if you just need a place to sleep alone.. for someone in there late 20s that wants more life and party this is not for you.
So let me tell you something about this spot. 1) the front desk are cheerful and very helpful. 2) The rooms a cosy and smell like the local wood the they must use to build the place. 3) It is minutes away from the beach, 4) the main strip where the night life is crazy fun, 5) also there are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. Did i mentioned the place smells great. There is a jucuzzi located on the roof and a pool looking over the la plaza municipal. There is also a pool located on the first floor. It is a calm peaceful place. They serve breakfast at there restaurant located on the left of its entrance. Did i say this place is super cool and laid back. On our stay one of the guest was complimenting how great this spot is.I agree this place is great and relaxing. I will be back soon.
