Amazing experience, lovely host, wonderful property.
I stayed at Bloom for a week and truly couldn’t have been better taken care of. The rooms are well appointed and have excellent amenities, with tasteful touches. I particularly liked that the water is drinkable thanks to a whole-hotel filtering system.

I stayed during COVID, and they were very good about masks and sanitation, which I appreciated greatly.
The breakfast is beyond amazing - I can't say enough good things about it. I've gone as far as to purchase some of the chefs tools simply to try and recreate some of what was made! Having had time to dine at Pujol and Quintonil recently, I can say the breakfasts exceeded that experience in many ways. Thoughtfully prepared, tastefully presented, exquisitely fresh, and delicious!
I would happily stay here any time I am in town, and would (and have!) recommended it to friends and family planning to come.
Lovely cozy boutique hotel close to all action of downtown - but perfect for relaxing. Delicious breakfasts prepared daily and wonderful rooms with many gadgets to make your stay enjoyable!
Lovely and helpful host, best breakfast ever, very clean and stylish rooms, roof terrace with a pool... what else do you want? You can tell that Francis just loves what he’s doing and that makes the difference. The location: just a few minutes walk from the beach and main tourist street in a quiet neighborhood with a few bars and restaurants around. That was perfect for us. On the main tourist street seem to be quite a few nice hotels, but it’s very noisy since the bars and restaurants play loud music all night. So if you want to be close but far enough to get a good nights sleep, this is the perfect place to go.
First time in Playa del Carmen.
Francis was a most wonderful host with amazing breakfasts that changed every day. The room was spacious,cleaned daily and giving on a lovely courtyard. Francis also advised on excellent restaurants as well as excursions and beautiful beaches.
The terrace with jacuzzi is an absolute plus as well as being walking distance from most places in Playa but far enough from the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue.
Totally enchanted with my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who loves the good life. Thank you Francis
What a great stay! Francis was very nice and made a great individual breakfast each day. The dogs maika, lilly and toby were a reason why we picked this place and they were very cute. The rooftop whirlpool was a very nice place to relax. We can definitely recommend this place!
