We stayed for 5 nights and we loved our stay. The food is really yummy! Makes the all-inclusive worth it! Every night at the restaurant they change the type of cuisine, which we loved!
All the staff was amazing. Fernando at the pool bar made very good cocktails! Very creative.
Just stood here with my girlfriend and we enjoyed every last bit of this place! The service is great and the bar is really good as well! The front desk people are really informative. The food is amazing as well! I’d definitely recommend if it’s your first time or even if you’ve stood somewhere else before. TRY THIS PLACE! (Chicago)
Great place if you not a beach junkie. Most important things first: this is NOT a beach front property. The beach options available to you as a result are very limited are are not great. If having access to the private beach is important - this hotel might not be the best option. The hotel also sits directly on the 5th avenue, which is pedestrian only street hopping with crowds and music. It might be best to ensure your room is located on the opposite side of the building, away from all the noise and lights. With that being said: hotel and the staff are awesome. The building is modern and rooms are large, well designed and laid out. Food was very decent to our taste and no one in our party had any complaints. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Roof of the building serves as a replacement of the beach access with a pool, bar, umbrella and plenty of beach chairs. Gym is small, but in 7 days we stayed there, I only once saw another person inside. It is insufficient for a gym rat, but adequate for someone who is willing to scale down their workouts while on vacation. Overall all 4 moderately picky adults in our party were very happy with the experience.
Great place. The bar and pool staff were awesome (Fernando, Pedro, Angle and many others) and did a great job taking care of us at the pool. The food was amazing. The dining staff were very attentive and gave us great service. Rooms were newer and clean. The pool beds were comfy. Live Aqua is a relaxing resort; no crowds, no long lines. The location is great, short walk to the ocean and right on 5th ave. My wife liked the yoga in the morning and the fitness center. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for another relaxing trip in the future.
