The lobby is gorgeous!! Great location, attentive and nice staff And fair pricing. The room was definitely not what we expected. It needs urgent maintenance. Beds were hard, bathroom was not comfortable and the toilet has no good pressure! There's a lot of noise at all times
Im a traveler and i have been in 3 different hotels in playa del carmen , this hotel is not giving you anything but trouble , bad vibes and absolutely not good service .
The room are old and mold .
Till 3 am you cant sleep because of the noises from the strip.
You have absolutely no service to your phone or wifi unless you sit downstairs far from your room .
They employees are just looking for how to take your money and what are you doing wrong , you feel always watched and not comfortable , they are not nice and talk between them self .
If you come till mexico you diserve to feel happy , fun and welcomed in the place you paid for .
There are many many places in playa del carmen so even if it will be 20$ more at least you going to have the vacation that you want and not to struggle with simple thing like wifi, Cell phone reception , and bad attitude from the employees
The lobbybis beautiful and people who works there are kind. It is near of the beach. A little expensive for do not have a pool
Would never ever go here again. The hotel is based on 5th avenue ( main streat of Playa ). In front of this hotel theres a bar were live music is been played from afternoon to late at night. The music its VERY lound and the noise in the room its not posible to sleeep with ear plugs. Also its next to massive building site and hammering starts at 7 in the morning. 5 days of nightmare. The hotel itself its ok, definetely not 4 stars
