This boutique hotel was everything it said it was and more. Clean, pretty rooms, simple continental breakfast, incredible staff (very friendly and helpful) and GREAT location right in the heart of downtown Playa Del Carmen and close to great restaurants. Would stay here again. Great value!
Excellent customer service! Nice and clean rooms. Carlos and the ladies were exceptionally helpful with solving any little minor problem that I had and gave me good advice on what places to go to!
If I could give an extra star I would do it. The service is exceptional, the room is spacious, very clean and bright. The staff is very welcoming and they make you feel at home away from home. The AC worked perfectly fine. The shower is also spacious and we always had hot water. I was surprised with the house keeping service because they would mindfully organice my stuff in the room and that is something that you don't see very often. Overall my experience there was great and I'm definitely going back there.
Close to everything you want and need. Clean accommodation wonderful staff.
