Very comfy and clean room! Reception was friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi didn't work properly and honestly wasn't really worth it. Would just go for a simple room and you'll be very happy.
Good location..but be very careful they charge your credit card different amount of your reservation.

The value/proposition is not. That great compared to other hotels in town. Place is pretty much impossible to get ahold of over the phone and when they forgot to give us WiFi password we ended up staying at night with no connection. Also they give you weird wooden key fob bracelet that you don't need but can't loose. Situated in a noisy place to prepare to listen music at night.
I love this place!!!!! Super quant but everything you need in a boutique hotel. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough for what you need. Clean! STEPS away from 5th ave, but I never heard the music enough to bother me at all. Pool is clean and not crowded ever. There is a great bar/restaurant attached and is open for breakfast. As well a fantastic coffee shop right outside the front doors that has the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had
Downfall is no elevator and while some rooms don't come with a hammock, all with balcony!
I would definitely stay here again!!! For the price and location, you seriously cannot go wrong!!!
What an amazing place❤️ in the best area of playa del Carmen and seconds from the beach:) plus the staff is so nice and friendly and very helpful ️
