Place is amazing and it is so clean. Prices were good and I highly recommend the all inclusive it was $50/night per person all you can eat and drink all day. The rooftop is the best part. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t really have “3” restaurants it’s like two rooms with different menu options all out of the same kitchen. The one is Italian food which is open every other night, other is Mexican open every night and the last is Asian open opposite from Italian food. The menu is Small and the food was mediocre. The breakfast is very good though. The food on the rooftop is amazing but be prepared to wait like an hour or two for food so order a lot. The people who work there are very accommodating and friendly. The service is top notch! Very close walk to the beach. I recommend not leaving the resorts too much as it can be dangerous and a lot of hassle walking around having people trying to sell one stuff. Don’t expect any sleep if you’re facing the street there is a bar downstairs that blasts music so loud the door shakes until all hours of the night.
Overall: The hotel feels outdated - more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star establishment. Not recommended for light sleepers.
Pros: welcome drink (a glass of mimosa during check-in, and a bottle of sparkling wine and cake in the room), daily breakfast included, clean room, friendly service, parking included
Cons: Room furnishing is bare-bone basic and lackluster. The bedding feels old (lint on the surface), and there were no robes or slippers in the closet. No blackout curtains.
The glass dividing the standing shower and toilet is not sealed at the bottom, so the toilet floor becomes wet after a shower.
The music from the rooftop bar is extremely loud, and goes from daytime to 9-10pm. You can hear it from inside your room (our room was on the 3rd floor).
Spa is not included unless specified as an add-on (which took me by surprise, as I thought the steam room & sauna were included).
Great breakfast. Rooms very spacious and clean. Shower was very nice too. Nothing to complain except I forgot my jacket at the room and they didn’t find it. So 100% sure must be stolen by the housekeeping.
This is a great resort walking distance to the beach and Quinta Avenida. The food, views from the rooftop, and staff were amazing. I would definitely come back here again.
We had a master suite for 10 days and also did the all inclusive package. The room was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately the all inclusive package was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced out of 15 trips. The only alcoholic drinks we could have were espresso martinis, Manhattans or mimosas, as every other drink tasted like soap and we tried asking for different brands of the alcohol, but it didn’t matter. Further, there is no room service, nor do they allow you to take food to your room. My girlfriend was not feeling well one day so I went to get her some food at the rooftop and bring it down and they wouldn’t let me so I asked to speak to the restaurant manager and they still said no. Finally had to get the general manager of the whole hotel involved to get some food down to her! The reason we gave this hotel 3 stars is because of the amazing servers (Daniel, Paty and Carlos), they made every lunch and dinner very enjoyable. Would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all inclusive though...
