The room was okay. Clean. Comfortable beds. For 170+ a night, there should be a wow factor. Pool was packed so no room. We were in the very last room so no elevator. We mostly just took the stairs but it was an extra walk around to get to the entrance. The ice machine on our end of the hotel wasn't working so we had to walk for ice. Maybe if we had been on the end with the ice and the elevator, I would have given a 3. But this place is 100$ a night hotel.
Pros:
- the staff was friendly
- very convenient to The Island. We could walk across the street to visit and do many of the attractions

- no hot breakfast
- very dated
- one of our rooms had bugs and it was not clean. There were chips and candy left around the bed. We called about this and they switched us to another room. On the way out to the other room, the door handle broke off
The new room wasn't any better bc at this point we just wanted to leave but it was the middle of the night so we had to stick it out.
We stayed here for what was suppose to be 2 nights, and we loved it so much we ended up adding on 2 extra nights. Excellent staff, super clean rooms, and a fantastic location. I'd argue that it's probably this hotel couldn't be any better placed, everything seems to surround the hotel. If you drive you can be to about any attraction, restaurant, or leisure spot in less than 5 minutes. We were in Gatlinburg in less than 10 minutes. If your wanting a great stay, excellently priced this is where you want to stay. The beds were hands down the best beds I've slept on in any hotel. The fridge is really spacious and gets super cold. When we go to Pigeon Forge again we will definitely use this hotel everytime.
Had an extremely loud family in the adjoining room. I asked for another room. Mind you this is a big place and they told me they are completely sold out. I have stayed here several times in the past and have overlooked several small annoyances but this is too much. Never again staying here. The “ quality “ of the guests has hit an all time low. Beware staying here!!
Worst hotel experience of my life. Disgusting, outdated, rude staff. Disappointed is an understatement! NOTHING like the pictures! Would give 0 stars if I could. Won’t recommend a soul!! And the “free breakfast” is fruit, nothing else.
